New announced a 69% increase in sales compared to the same quarter last year. The Chinese electric vehicle company also reported higher costs due to rising prices of components used in manufacturing its vehicles.

Despite these challenges, the company's car profit margins are approaching 20%, which is among the best in the entire industry. However, does all this make NEO stock a buying opportunity?

NIO deliveries peaked in the second quarter of 2026. This represents a 49% increase compared to the same quarter last year . The "NEW" management team has done an excellent job in boosting sales across its three brands.

NEO NEO reporting earnings this morning pre-market. This is a Chinese EV maker. The stock gapping lower initially, kind of mitigating, coming back up. One of the things interesting on NEO, I remember drawing this trend line in a while ago and looking at it. Notice how price broke and then chopped, retraced to the scene of the crime and when was rejected and has gone lower. So, this is a classic trend line break where again, as I've shown you guys and taught you guys, you know, when you have a trend line and price hammers on it and finally breaks, there's a tendency to go back to that level and then the next leg down comes. And that's exactly what happened here on NEO.

looking at some of these EV companies this morning. BYD, Tesla, Xpong, and NEO. We got Neo earnings tomorrow morning.

if we look at this in in terms of uh you know NEO tomorrow morning if there's a less a smaller pie are these companies going to have to look elsewhere for more opportunity

All right. And so, like I said, we got NEO earnings tomorrow. It was sort of initially sold, I guess, the marketplace is sort of the Chinese counterpart to Tesla because it was a little bit nicer vehicle at the time. It seems like it's been passed over by some of its peers. Is that a safe uh I guess characterization or is this still uh one of the leaders when it comes to EVs in China?
